课程概述

本课程是国际贸易、商务英语、国际商务等专业的核心课程。课程以实际外贸业务操作流程为主线,分为函电规范、客户开发、业务磋商、合同填制、合同履行、业务善后等六大模块,每个模块围绕典型工作任务展开,辅以学生作品点评与优化,旨在提高您的国际商务谈判能力和跨文化沟通技巧,助您掌握函电格式、沟通话术、专业词汇、高频用语、实用表达和行文特征,为您日后成为优秀的外贸业务员打下坚实基础。

特色和亮点:

1. 融入产品知识与思路,基于校企合作企业的真实产品开展教学,弥补函电课程普遍“脱离产品空谈业务”的缺憾;

2. 引入海外社交媒体工具,跳出“函电教学等于email写作”的窠臼,增加函电写作的应用场景,丰富函电写作的形式;

3. 编入学生作品点评环节,引导学生从词汇、语法、文体、话术等多个维度完善函电作品,养成根据客户特点撰写个性化函电的意识。
